Founded in 1948 by Joseph Mitchell Hemingway in conjunction with the Van Packer Company, Hemingway and Associates has provided and installed some of the largest and more technical chimneys in the Chicago metropolitan area. Hemingway Chimney works with engineers, architects, mechanical contractors, and municipalities to create the most critical aspect of a mechanical system: the chimney.
Between the proper operations of specified equipment, to safely removing the byproducts of combustion, our work has been done in a timely and professional manner for over 65 years. Most importantly, the entire chimney system is covered under warranty, ensuring total customer satisfaction. Past projects include the 108” diameter UL Lab in Northbrook, Willis Towers generator exhaust, and Trump Towers.
